Sir Reginald De Blobfish

Sir Reginald De Blobfish is quite the dapper fishman-about-town! Though he is a decent spell-caster himself, his true passion lies in the study and application of efficiency standards in magic-use. While he recognizes he has important work to do on the surface world, he quietly dreams of the day when he will finally return to the place of his birth, a dark chasm in the deepest parts of the Golden Sea. Once there, he will supposedly undergo a metamorphosis into what he describes as “the most beautiful fish you have ever seen.” Of course, there is virtually no light in those parts of the ocean, so – we will probably just have to leave it to our imagination.
