Newbie November is Every Day Original’s annual open call for emerging artists. Each November, we showcase 30 new voices in traditional art—one every day—giving fresh talent the spotlight and connecting them with collectors worldwide.
Seven years of new beginnings, now it’s time to celebrate where they’ve led.
After seven years of welcoming new artists into the Every Day Original community, we’re doing things a little differently this time around. Instead of an open call for 2026, we’re inviting back artists who were once EDO newbies and have grown, changed, and evolved along the way.
We’ll also be welcoming a handful of EDO alumni who have since moved on from the gallery but remain an important part of our community.
We invite our community to join us in looking at where these artists started, where their work has taken them, and what they’re creating now. We can’t wait to see some familiar names back on the page and celebrate just how far they’ve come.
