This is my second piece in a series of four fairies, the summer fairy! I aimed to capture the warmth and radiant light of the season.

Makenna Karp
Makenna Karp is a fantasy illustrator and oil painter specializing in illustrations for board games and book covers.
Commencing her formal art education at Pratt Institute in 2019, Makenna took a different path after a year, immersing herself in traditional painting and drawing at Watts Atelier from 2021 to 2023.
Currently, she calls northern California home. When she's not painting, she can be found climbing rocks or wandering through the redwoods.
