“I don’t live in darkness, darkness lives in me” – unknown

I’ve been dealing with all sorts of mental health and other life things that have driven me to have frequent migraines, and during a very nauseating one I saw this image in my very painful mind. There is some obvious meaning and iconography but the root of the painting lies in my worry for my daughters, and the sickness it causes me.
