Storm Rider

Some claim to have seen him, a spirit of vengeance in silhouette at the head of the storm, surrounded by lightning ripping across the sky. His sign is the violent rain pouring sideways. His wrath leaves dragons blasted and dead in its wake. The storm does not end, but roves eternally through the lands where mountain meets ocean, where dragonspawn climb from the caves at night, hungry.
