Ace of Cups

The Ace of Cups is about overflowing abundance and a radiance, both inwardly and outwardly. It can represent a peaceful solitary state. Lotuses are a symbol of an ascendance from the material plane, and just like the chalice in the traditional Rider-Waite deck, their blooms hover over the surface of the water. And as the card is about a radiant warmth, lotuses are capable of regulating the temperature of their blossoms to radiate a bit more heat and attract pollinators.
