Olorotitan
by Owen Weber
Olorotitan was a Late Cretaceous era hadrosaur whose name means “titanic swan”. It could grow up to 39 ft. long and weighed 3-4 tons. Like most hadrosaurs, it was a bipedal/quadrupedal herbivore, meaning it walked on two and four legs. It was found in far eastern Russia.
I have always been drawn to hadrosaurs, and I found Olorotitan particularly beautiful. They were so large and so graceful.
