Three Stars

Lionel Andrés Messi is an Argentine footballer who is the captain for the national team of Argentina, and plays professionally for the French team Paris Saint-Germain. Many consider him to be one of the greatest players of all time. He has won every award to be won in the Club and Individual Level, even an Olympic gold metal. But, he has yet to acquire a World Cup for his country. Currently the two stars that adorn the crest on Argentina’s jersey, each stand for a previous World Cup victory (1978 and 1986). If Messi can help take his team to a third win, they would add a third star to their jerseys. This painting is my attempt at using a little art magic to forecast this much deserved honor in his favor.
