The Golden Bird

The Golden Bird is inspired by the fairy tale of the same name, featuring a beautiful golden bird stealing away in the night with one of the king’s golden apples, leaving only a feather behind. This mixed-media painting was creating on Fabriano hot press watercolor paper, and measures about 5.5″ x 14″, and is housed in a vintage frame with gold accents (framed dimensions are 6″ x 15″). Ready to hang.
