As was the first Iron Caste piece, her kind are a race of iron golems that have achieved self awareness and full autonomy. The Queen of Spades was the first of her kind constructed by her kind and not human hands. As their culture began to develop and evolve they gradually left behind the desire to appear as human.

This piece is 8″ x 9″ graphite on Stillman & Birn Zeta series paper matted into a 12 1/2″ x 12 1/2″ frame.
