Old Lady Moon
by Heather Hudson
A 5”x7” watercolor on hot press watercolor paper, with a little gouache as needed.
Old Lady Moon is inspired by the faint, early morning moon that I see at the start of long journeys. She’s a ghostly, gibbous moon, barely visible in the sky, who watches me get my suitcase out of the car and say my goodbyes at the airport. A traveler’s moon.
Artwork is offered matted and framed; frame outer size is 8.75″x 10.75″. No rights transferred with sale. Any import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping to the UK and EU is, alas, unavailable due to VAT.
