I am a sculptor and painter living in Wisconsin, USA. My primary media includes polymer clay, acrylic, and oil paint.

I love the feeling of creating new characters that didn’t exist before, like making new friends out of thin air. I’m literally creating my own joy out of a lump of clay and some paint. Sometimes I get lucky and a project takes on a life of its own…when this happens it really does feel like there’s magic in the room.

My past clients have included Simon and Schuster Books for Young Readers, Royal Tyrrell Museum (Alberta, Cananda), Burpee Museum of Natural History (Rockford, IL), private scientists and collectors. I'm currently on the roster of the online gallery Every Day Original, and can be found in several volumes of the Infected by Art publication.
