This piece was inspired by the practice of underwater meditation. Whether you’re in a pool, the ocean, sensory deprivation tank, or simply in your bathtub, I like to imagine how peaceful it would feel to be floating, serenely, with any stress and anxiety you have leaching and ebbing into the water around you.
