My name is Chris Ams. I'm a multidisciplinary fine artist, illustrator and visual development artist currently living in Beacon, NY.

I love to cross boundaries, genres and creative styles through the use of both traditional and digital techniques, while maintaining a consistent focus on underlying narrative, aesthetic detail, and emotional impact.

My fine artwork is an reflection on themes that express our shared, human relationship with time, and our deep, primal, and mystical connection to nature. Each piece is composed through the interplay of media, opposing elements, and symbolism.

Regardless of the means used to create, I always feel the most at home when I'm exploring, making things, encouraging creativity in others, and breathing life into ideas in ways that excite and inspire.
