Old Americana

This is an image I did as a part of my exploration of abandoned America. This is an exploration for my graphic novel and it is practicing both transparent and opaque painting in the same image. I really enjoy painting these old broken machines. They are beautiful in their rusty state. This painting is 11 x 14″ on Watercolor paper.
