Little Light

Let your little light shine bright this Yuletide season!
My newest fantastical moth was inspired by Yule, and things you’d find on a Yule Log! I wanted it to have a warm, cheery feeling to help ward against the cold during the winter season. As a special bonus I painted the moth with some color shifting pigment to really help it glow!
It was lovingly hand painted in fountain pen ink and gouache paint, and measures 6″ x 8″. The frame is also built by the artist out of wood with a Lexan acrylic glazing instead of glass, and measures 8″ x 10″ on the inside and 11.5″ x 14″on the outside.
