Intrusion occurs in so many spaces. Physical. Mental. Emotional. That sudden burst of adrenaline when you thought you were alone, and now know you aren’t. What do you do? How do you react?
Masked Sphinxes:
When meeting one of the Masked Sphinxes you need to take in more than their faces, because the faces you see are nothing but echoes of the experiences you have had. Their eyes may be real but the rest is just a mirror of lives lived around them. Their mouths never open, no matter what they say to you, and the markings symbolize events from the viewers’ own lives.
These strange beings are mostly solitary, though may meet up for convocations and conversations about the world around them. Watch for them in deep forests and moments of solitary contemplation in the deep wild areas.
