Hooded

“Hooded”

This month’s offering is an experiment with oil over colored pencils. The pencil layer was done with very saturated colors. It was then sealed with matte medium. Muted oil glazes were applied on top and then lifted out in some places, allowing the brighter colored pencil layer to come through.
