As part of the Month of Love challenge, I’ve created Golden Scars.

When your heart broke

My heart broke, but was not broken

When you’ve spent your whole life with a broken heart

It shattered and broke my heart, but it was not broken

Layers of gold and scars

Layers of golden scars

Paints fate’s tapestry

With the warm glow of a life well lived

With no regrets

But a heart full of love

Stephanie Inagaki

A Southern California native, Stephanie Inagaki received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from Boston University's College of Fine Arts and her Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the San Francisco Art Institute. She is a multifaceted artist, also working as a metalsmith and owner of Miyu Decay Jewelry, living in Los Angeles.
