Christine Mitzuk
Christine Mitzuk is an artist with a love of color, light, and gesture. Her personal work ranges from colorful and whimsical, to dramatic. When working traditionally, depending on what an idea needs and which artistic itch she needs to scratch, she may use oil paint, ink, or watercolor and gouache. For commercial illustration she mainly paints digitally. Christine lives in Minnesota, where nature is one of many sources of inspiration and she is at times a curiosity to her neighbors (she once set up her easel on the porch roof to paint trees at sunset. Don’t worry, the roof is flat). Her work has been published in Spectrum, Infected by Art, and elsewhere.
