Breathing Shadow

This work was inspired by the image of wind blowing into a shadow. I represented the darker parts of the mind as a black cat. When a sudden breeze enters that darkness, there is a sense of being able to breathe again—a moment of awareness.

A shadow, by nature, has no shape or voice. Yet when the wind breathes into it, it begins to move, almost as if it were breathing itself.

I wanted to capture a heart stirred by drifting flower petals—the way our inner feelings can quietly reveal themselves in an unexpected moment.
