A drawing from 2017 which was originally intended for the previous iteration of a book I’ve been trying to work on for the past few years. I would draw it a little differently now — the inclusion of the alula feathers on the wings is especially silly in retrospect — but I’m otherwise still quite fond of this piece on the whole.
