The wet monsoon breeze softly swayed the freshly grown grass in the marshland. The lakes and ponds are slowly filling up because of the incessant rain. I saw the heron sitting silently in the morning fog as I took a stroll behind the beautiful country cottage now filled with overgrown weeds. Maybe I will meet him on my next walk. Maybe not.
