A delicate iridescent ribcage holds a bleeding heart, golden blood pooling and spilling over the frame beneath.

The artist was going through something. Still is.

Created by cutting and bending sequin film and yupo, this piece has been hand-stitched onto illusion fabric stretched in a wooden frame featuring scrolled corners.

The frame itself is eight inches by eight inches. The whole piece is eight inches wide by ten and three-quarter inches long (the drips extend below the frame). Two and a half inches deep (ribcage extends off the frame.)

Ready to hang.
