If you’ve been following my work, you know I am obsessed with surface awareness. Some things glossy, somethings flat, somethings engraved, somethings fully oil painted, all living on the same surface. Making paintings that are objects that have to be seen to experience. So in this, the pinstripes are gloss and metallic, the head is more of a satin finish from the oil paint render, and the background is matte.
