Something fun and maybe cliche for the spooky season.

I was inspired by various photos of cats and corvids/owls interacting together in the wild, which further inspired various head canons of these two creatures being familiars and maybe friendly companions on an adventure to find their missing witch.

Marian Pham is a painter and illustrator based in Salt Lake City, Utah. She holds a BFA in Illustration from California College of the Arts and has also studied at Hongik University in South Korea and the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Marian creates digital illustrations using Procreate for both client and personal work. In her gallery practice, she explores oils, watercolors, and other water-based media to create landscapes, portraits, and animal paintings. She is the Communications Manager of Every Day Original since 2021.
