Useless But Unstoppable
by Breeyn
Sunfish, also known as Mola Mola, are large ocean dwelling fish that have been described as having the nutritional merit of a rice cracker. They are far more work to eat than they are worth, and thus have no natural predators. They just drift about getting bigger and bigger – up to ten feet long. One marine biologist noting this described them as useless but unstoppable. An inspiration.
Ready to hang. Frame measures 14 inches wide by 11 inches tall. Created with hand-shaped teal sequin film, thread, htv, acrylic paint, illusion fabric.
